Look Whoooo’s Here – Owl Cake Pops

Look Whoooo's Here - Owl Cake Pops

Owl Cake Pops are a little tricky. You can try to form the ears, but I used miniature chocolate chips for the ears. Shape your cake balls like an upside triange, then dot melted chocolate candy coating and attach your miniature chocolate chip. Once dry, dip it in the melted chocolate.
I went to the store and bought a back of candy necklaces and bracelets, which make perfect eyes. I used a rainbow chip for the nose and wings and wildflower sprinkles for the feet. Remember to look around your house for other ideas!

The Easter Variety Pack

The Easter Variety Pack

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…the variety pack sells! These easter variety packs include our popular yellow chick, decorated eggs, cutout bunnies and cutout chicks.
The eggs are simple. Just shape your cake ball into an egg and after dipping apply pastel confetti sprinkles. I use Wilton mini cookie cutters to shape the bunny and chicks.
Enjoy! —maggiescakepops.com

Carrot Cake Pops with Carrot Cake!

These carrot cake cake pops are super easy to make and taste delicious! Mix your carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Shape the cake mixture into a carrot shape. Dip in orange and immediately put your top on. The top is a green apple sour straw cut into tiny pieces. And there you have it, a perfect Easter treat!

Yellow Chick Cake Pops

Yellow Chick Cake Pops

If you are a cake popper, you know how much people LOVE yellow chicks! All you need is yellow candy coating, rainbow chip sprinkles, a black candy writer and flower sprinkles. After dipping your cake pop in yellow, let it dry. Using a toothpick, dip the tip in the yellow candy coating and dot a small amount for the nose and wings. Put an orange rainbow chip sprinkle for the nose and yellow for the wings. Then dot candy coating on the bottom and add two orange flowers for the feet. Dot two black dots for eye with your candy writer and you’re done!
And remember what I always say, if you can’t find these ingredients, look around your house, the grocery store or craft store and find something else you can use!

Beer Mug Cake Pops!

Standard

Cheers!  These beer mug cake pops are super easy to make.  You can find candy beer mugs in packs of twelve at most craft stores and baking stores.  But hurry, they only come out around St. Patrick’s Day.  Just dip your cake pop in any color (we chose green, of course, for our Irish customers), add some non-pareils and put the beer mug candy slightly off center on the top.  Hold it until it dries and now you have fun beer mug cake pops!—–maggiescakepops.com
